Hand cut feathers from faux leather material. Hand painted with Neon hot pink paint, generously dusted with gold glitter at the tip, then sealed . 

I have created these with intricate hand cuts to move and feel similar to a feather, but much are more sturdy. Will look great with hair up or down.
