Returns Policy

I want my customers to be happy with their shopping experience! I try to take bright very clear photos of my handmade items, to give a good representation of the product. They are "made to order", So unless the received item is grossly misrepresented, or damaged, at this time items are NO Returns. Also earrings for sanitary reasons. All Sales Final.

Shipping

shipping is USPS.

Please be aware that All but a few of my items are "MADE TO ORDER" I hand make everything by myself in the shop and I have been quite busy. It's a lot of cutting, painting, and sewing for each batch. So please allow up to 14 -16 business days of cleared payment for it to be made and prepared for shipment. Although I am pretty good about getting things out quick!

IF your item is ready made (it will state so in the description) it will be taken to the post office within 3-4 business days of cleared payment (although usually its next day :), You can look up general shipping times at www.usps.com to give an estimate for your location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
